Over the last dozen years, Professor Corsun has been lucky enough to have traveled to Italy, mostly for work, pretty much annually and twice in the really good years. His travels have been focused on food and wine, mostly in the two super-premium growing areas, Tuscany and Piemonte. The relationships he has developed have enabled him to share Italian wine and food culture with students each year. His students were privileged to experience in depth tours and tastings that the general public simply cannot. For years alumni who know of the student trips have asked when they could come. The time is near.
We are so excited to be able to share these experiences with a limited number of DU alumni. Please join us in June of 2022 for what promises to be an extraordinary journey.
